Meet Miracle Ferguson, Customer Success Manager and the new face in this edition of our Employee Spotlight.

Miracle came to FixedOPS Marketing with experience in both automotive and client communication. Since joining the team, she’s been learning the ins and outs of our products, sitting in on dealership meetings, helping create offers, and seeing firsthand how all the pieces of a dealership’s digital presence come together.

Ask Miracle what has stood out most since she arrived, though, and her answer is simple: the people. She describes the team as genuine, caring, friendly, and welcoming – something she noticed almost immediately.

When she’s not working, Miracle has plenty keeping her busy. She’s a mom of four, loves exploring new restaurants and traveling, and enjoys sewing. She’s also a planner and stationery enthusiast who would love to create her own line someday. And she’s currently working toward another goal: earning her certification in project management.

So, would Miracle recommend working at FixedOPS Marketing?
