Fixed Ops Marketing Presents

September Newsletter

September 8, 2026

September Primary Objectives

This month, projects that allow us to scale onboarding and enhance the look of our products are high priority. Reporting also continues to be a focal point of development; we aim to introduce new metrics around pages, schedulers, video views, and lift.

Reminder: Product Roadmap Survey

You can now access the Roadmap Survey poll here. Provide your thoughts on which projects we should tackle next.

Your feedback is VERY important to us, so please go ahead and fill out the poll when you can!

Here is the Product Roadmap Deck as a reference.

Critical Reminders

Human Resources Email

As we migrate from Asana to HubSpot and continue to grow, we’re making a small change to how you reach HR.

Moving forward, please email hr@fixedopsmarketing.com for all HR needs.

Having one central HR inbox will help make sure nothing gets missed as our team grows, while also keeping HR matters separate from general company email. As an added layer of privacy, hr@fixedopsmarketing.com will not be connected to our HubSpot email capture and workflow.

So, whether you have a question, need to discuss something personal, or someone asks how to contact HR, hr@fixedopsmarketing.com is the place to start.

We’re actively recruiting for an Integration Project Manager, Customer Success Managers, and a Regional Sales Manager. Feel free to share our job listings on our FOM Career Page and reach out to Karen with any referrals!

Your Voice Matters!

FOM doesn’t just talk the talk about being a people-first company; we keep this value at the forefront of what we do.

Have a Great Idea, Suggestion, or Improvement?

Post it in our Slack #enhancements channel! This is a great place to loop us in on a process, tool improvement, client feedback, or anything else you think could make FOM better.

WhisperMeter Feedback

Instead of waiting for our quarterly anonymous survey before All Hands, we’ve created a continuous feedback form!

This is another way to keep the door open, giving everyone a place to share feedback at any time – positive feedback, constructive critiques, ideas, questions, or concerns.

If something is worth saying, we want to hear it.

Stress Tip of the Month

Let’s Be Real: your to-do list is never going to be empty. There’s always going to be another project, another email, another client need, or something else that needs attention. And when you’re working on something big or ongoing, it can be really easy to feel like you’re not actually getting anywhere.

Try breaking bigger projects into smaller, finishable pieces. “Finish the project” can feel impossible. “Finish this section” or “send this email” gives you something you can actually check off. Those little wins add up, and they help you see that you really are moving the needle.

And don’t underestimate the power of crumpling up a Post-it! Sometimes writing the task down, finishing it, physically crumpling it up, and throwing it away is exactly the satisfying little win you need.

The project might still be sitting there tomorrow, but you don’t have to look at it as one giant, unfinished thing. Break it down, knock out a piece, and give yourself credit for what you got done.
